Very disappointed

Very disappointed. My order was supposed to ship on April 13th, per the tracking info. It was only scanned on April 24th, so 11 days later. They never replied to my email.Then, one item was sent defective. I sent the video on May 28th. On the same day, I was told that it was being reviewed. I followed up on June 20th asking for an update because I had none. Almost a month later! On June 23rd, they claimed the replacement will be shipped shortly. Guess what it only shipped on July 2nd.Now let's see if I ever receive it and if it's not defective again....

Ordered small chain 23 rd Feb 2025 told…

Ordered small chain 23 rd Feb 2025 told 5 to 10 days delivery…..sat in warehouse from the 26 th to 6 th March….tracking a complete disaster…company no help, just the same standard reply. Latest tracker email when used, says parcel not found….don’t know if I’ll ever get it or a refund.
