Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of earrings and the photo of the order was gold. I paid careful attention to my order being placed and they ultimately sent me silver earrings. Then they sent me a screen shot of the order with the image of gold earrings but an order for silver. Maybe they were out of gold, maybe it was a mistake, maybe I made a mistake but it is not what I wanted. I reached out them and got a message back that they sent what I ordered. Not how to send them back, just we sent you what you ordered. Too bad basically. So I emailed again asking for return instructions...crickets. In my 3rd request I typed in the subject line 3rd request. I guess they figured this may result in an issue so she replied with a return address. I have to pay the shipping even though the image of my order is a gold earring and their Customer service is horrible. Never ever order from these people. Awful experience.
The item that I ordered was lost in the mail, so we never received it. I emailed the company and Joanne responded almost immediately. She worked with us and the delivery company to try to find it and no success. So Joanna mailed a replacement which we received. She stayed in communication by email constantly. We received the necklace and it is perfect! Everything that I expected. I would definitely order from them again.
Excellent service. I ordered a piece of jewelley which got lost in transit and did not reach me. I contacted Joanna. She was very understanding and helpful. She replaced the item without any heaitation or hassle. I am so impressed with her customer service and communication skills. She values her customers and keeps customers before profit. I have no hesitation in recommending her company. All in all a very positive experience.
