If possible, I would give no stars

I would give no stars if I could. The quality of the toy I purchased is terrible. They don’t respond to emails, and there’s no customer service contact number. This makes returning the faulty item impossible. Now I see many other negative reviews. Avoid this scam operation. How can they misuse the Montessori name?

I will keep buying.

I have been purchasing from this service for over three years, getting puzzles, books, blocks, etc., for both my work as a play therapist and for my grandchildren. We have various items from them, including bow and arrow sets, golf sets, and bowling sets. The service has always been great and prompt, and the products are fantastic. I will continue to buy as the children grow and their needs evolve. All products are well-made and highly educational. My grandchildren love them. Trust my experience!

Not sure why anyone would be concerned about this company or the products provided!!!!I have ordered most of the toys and they have been true to the description and purpose! Good quality fishing game, brilliant toddler bike, activity board and felt boards. Colourful toys, promptly delivered and constant communication with Emily have ensured that I will continue to purchase toys for my grandchildren.
