Review Time
Ordered a toy, paid for 2-4 day shipping, which of course did not happen. Ordered October 3rd, it is now October 16th, tracking shows it is still in China! I reached out to customer service, no response! They do not have a phone number, only e mail. Shame on me for not doing my homework on this company. Of course, they took my money immediately. I would never order from this company again. The customer service is a joke. Please save yourself the headache and do not order from this company. Not only did they not respond to my e mail, they got extra mney for shipping, ehich they apparently never intended to honor.
Ordered a toy for my grand daughter on 9/12/25 and shipping shows it was sent from warehouse the next day in L.A. it has been in transit since then. When I inquired I was told sorry for delay and sent me back to the same in transit website on 9/27/25 It has yet to arrive in the Denver suburb I wanted it sent to. I paid just over 40$. To say this is poor customer service is truly an understatement.
From day one of the birth of our great grandson I have had the pleasure of ordering well thought out and safe items for him from Montessori. Each item has intrigued his curiosity and has initiated new motor skills. I look forward to buying exciting new things for him as he grows.
