Still Waiting for Delivery

I ordered items on 16 November and have been contacting the email address constantly since then with empty promises of chasing up the local carrier. I'm still waiting for some definite response about delivery. Will just keep hounding on the email address provided, at this stage. But beware!

LOVE The Gifts I Just Sent our Grandchildren!

I just ordered and the company delivered two "Christmas trees" that were perfectly designed for our two 2-year-old grandchildren -- one in CO and one in CA. These interactive pieces are designed perfectly for their little hands, ability to attach "ornaments" and rework the trees as they like. Our daughters and their husbands are very happy with these gifts and we will order more items from your company!

Excellent experience …

I live in New Zealand and ordered from Montessori generation on the 29th Oct 2025 and received the parcel all present and correct on the 10th November 2025. The quality is good exactly as advertised and arrived in individual boxes wrapped on lots of bubble wrap. As my parcel hadn’t been shipped within a few days, I emailed and received a reply straight away, so communication is good.

Shipping takes FOREVOR...nothing even processed and the order should already be delivered

Ordered gift for my grandson to take on travel. Website states orders are processed in one business day and delivered in 2-5 business days. It's been a full week, and no action has been taken to process order. I only ordered from this source because of their stated shipping policy, and note that they charge for the shipping. Not impressed.

deceptive advertising

Website states shipping is 2 - 5 business days. In reality it took 11 days to get my product. When I inquired, they basically said "tough luck". Shipping was not free, so basically I paid for something I didn't get.

Cannot return!

I ordered 3 toys from this company. They came in a relatively short time. However, I was expecting more from the quality. The Dino Board Book is hard for an adult to use let alone a 2 yr old. I’ve been trying to send it back via email (as there’s no phone number to contact them🚩) but they haven’t returned any of my emails so far. I’ve sent four already. Shame on me for not investigating them a bit more before ordering. I paid over $40 for the Busy Board plus shipping. The other 2 toys I ordered are OK, just not the quality I would expect. Live and learn, but take it from me, do NOT order from this company! You will be very disappointed.
