They arrived within a week, and the large tree and snowmen were well packed, with the smaller pieces vacuum-sealed. We steamed out the fold lines, and they laid flat beautifully. The quality of the felt used for all the items is excellent and substantial. We are extremely pleased with this purchase. Our granddaughters and their parents were thrilled to hang the tree and snowmen, adding a new piece each day for their advent calendar project. This makes it impossible to return the defective item. After seeing the numerous negative reviews, I realize I’m not alone in this frustration. I strongly advise steering clear of this fraudulent company. It's unacceptable for them to misuse a reputable name!
The 'wood' rainbow blocks were wrapped in such toxic shrink wrap that I still have a headache 15 minutes later. Imagine the impact on a baby? The 'cotton' soft book feels cheap, has a crinkly sound, and a completely synthetic texture. AND THE PRICES! Don’t be misled. Returns seem to be a nightmare.
I would give no stars if I could. The quality of the toy I purchased is terrible. They don’t respond to emails, and there’s no customer service contact number. This makes returning the faulty item impossible. Now I see many other negative reviews. Avoid this scam operation. How can they misuse the Montessori name?
