I've had a similar experience to others; the leather boots that looked appealing arrived in poor quality and did not fit. When asking for a refund, I was told to return them to another country, which contradicts their stated policy. I'm requesting a full refund instead of a 25% gift card as offered, without needing to return the goods. They likely cost very little to produce, but I paid a significant amount, which is disappointing since they were meant as a Christmas gift for my daughter.

Extremely misleading return policy and very poor quality.What is advertised on the website is not what you receive. The quality of the item was a complete disappointment and nowhere near the photos or description.The return policy is also deeply misleading. Their website states a European return address, but once you request a return, they suddenly change the rules and demand that the item be sent back to China, which was never clearly disclosed upfront.When challenged, they play dumb, avoid responsibility, and try to push discounts or store credit instead of a real refund. Customer service relies on pressure and confusion rather than honest resolution.I had to involve PayPal to get my refund. Buyers should be very careful — this business model feels designed to make returns as difficult as possible.
The boots were very poor quality when they arrived and did not fit true to size. They did not reply to my email requesting a return, so I used the address provided in the parcel. I sent them tracked but they refused the delivery and said it was the wrong address.I chased it after a month and emailed back and forth endlessly with a useless woman called Olivia from customer service who didn’t seem to understand anything. Then she said it was too late as I had gone past the return period, despite having been chasing it for a month.I would strongly advise you not to buy from them. It’s clearly some kind of scam and I’m never going to see my £50 again and haven’t had the boots returned, so they obviously kept them.
Don’t go to this company. I bought a pair of ‘waterproof’ winter riding boots and in less than a month I ended up with soaking wet feet and the zip jamming. I would not expect to buy a pair of boots and within a month for them to fray at the seams, leak and for a zip to break. I wrote to them within the 4 week mark and to give them credit they did get back to me promptly. However by the time I had replied and sent photos which they had asked for, I was told that it was now too late and they would not do anything about my faulty boots. Whilst I appreciate the 4 week money back period , I don’t think I’ve ever shopped anywhere where, firstly, an item has become faulty so quickly and secondly, where the suppliers have been unwilling to do anything about said faulty product. I wish I had of shopped around and paid a bit more for better customer service.
