Despite clarifying that the boots were only tried on indoors with tightened laces for fitting purposes, my return was inexplicably rejected, citing damage caused by pulling the laces too tightly.... I find it preposterous that a pair of children's boots would be so fragile that pulling the laces could cause irreparable damage.The decision to reject the return on these grounds is both unfounded and unacceptable. The boots were purchased for my child, and it is common practice to tighten laces to assess the fit. It is not reasonable to expect a customer to evaluate the appropriateness of footwear without making necessary adjustments such as tightening the laces.Recent communication implies that the rejection is based on the belief that the laces are purely for aesthetic purposes. This perspective is not only inaccurate but also contradicts the functionality of the laces in securing proper fitting.
I would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Use a different website if you really want a pair. Ordered boots November 2023, and I returned them one week later. I have sent numerous emails inquiring the status of my return. Excuse after excuse. Today I received an email stating that the state of the shoes does not align with their return standards. I never once wore the shoes. Didn’t even take them out of the box because I didn’t like the style in person. Called customer service to dispute their claim. The representative was extremely rude and disrespectful. No refund and they have the shoes. How is this not theft?
Scam scam scam!!! Ordered 2 pair of moonboots for Christmas for gifts to my daughters. The item wad returned to sender before it went out of the country. They responded to my mail and said they had sendt the item again. All well this far... The package arrived yesterday, only it wasnt 2 pair of boots, but a tint package with a cartiercopy ring.... The respons this time was that i would get 30% of the next order🤣🤣🤣..... The 1 star is only for responding my mails.

Scandalous, bought a pair of boots as Christmas present for £190. Postage was not included so I paid £10 on top. This was on the 7th of December.They never sent the order out only after I chased them almost a week after paying. On the 27th of December I am still waiting, of course this has not been a Christmas present now. All they have done is refunded the £10 postage so I was robbed £190 and my reputation as a partner as I could not afford another Christmas present! Thank you MoonBoot!
I contacted their customer service team to notify that due to illness I was unable to return 1 item within their returns period. I asked for a grace period due to uncontrollable circumstances and they refused. Not a very human or considerate way to treat a loyal customer (I had ordered multiple items and just wanted to wanted to return 1 item).
Refusing to give me a refund after I bought two pairs to try on at home. They’re saying one pair doesn’t meet their return requirements. I tried them on at home and I only tried one shoe on, since I felt they were over priced and cheap I didn’t even bother to try on the other shoe. Because I dare try the shoe on in the comfort Of my home they’re saying they’re used and refuse to refund me. Lucky the bank has now dealt with this. And they keep trying ti send the shoe back ti me and I refuse to accept it. Absolute SCAM of a company DO NOT BUY! - and if you do, absolutely do not buy direct from moon boot website
This is a scam you CANNOT return your item. Be careful! I ordered an oversized boot. So i just tried them 2 min and ordered another one. I sent the first ones back and they are telling me this is not refundable!! They are scammers i am calling my bank!
The amount of times I've removed myself from their mail list to only still get rubbish from them. I can only conclude they're a spam company operating illegally given it's illegal to spam people, and moreso to then not remove people from lists by request.
