It was easy to order what I wanted on-line. Did send a message about something and didnot hear back but it could off been my fault at doing something wrong . Cannot remember what date I sent the message that is a guess sorry
Terrible experience. The mop is really cheap and shoddily made. The plastic is thin and brittle. I couldn’t get the mop head to click onto the pole because it was so badly made and over riveted. It took me 15 emails to get a refund out of this company and they refused to pay for my return postage, insisting it was my ‘change of mind’ rather than a faulty product. I find it hard to believe all the positive reviews here because I’ve actually had it in my hand…
Scam. Scam. Scam. I returned a faulty mop at my own expense after Mop PRO confirmed (in writing) on 16 May that, under UK consumer law, I was entitled to a refund within 30 days. They even thanked me for my patience and said they’d process the refund once the item was received.After sending the mop back and confirming they had it, I was then told they don’t issue refunds for faulty, damaged, or defective items — which is not only completely contradictory but also illegal under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.I’ve now had to escalate this due to their refusal to honour their own written commitment and UK consumer law. Their communication has been dismissive, contradictory, and frankly dishonest.Avoid this company. There is zero accountability, and their customer service is worse than useless.
