Awful quality - it looks, feels and operates cheaply. Don’t believe what you see in the videos (far from reality), don’t believe what you read on their website about their level of customer service (there is none) but do believe all the comments made by customers on here. Save your time and money.
I was needing a new mop and bucket so decided to try this one out. When my daughter saw it she was astonished that I paid so much for such an item. BUT. When she saw it in use she was amazed and quickly wanted to ‘have a go’! 😂. We both love how simple it is to use. It doesn’t soak your laminated floors. It cleans incredibly well. Best of all is the drainage system. The ONLY flaw (and it’s a minor one) is that the joint in the handle that meets the mop could do with being able to fold in both directions. That way you can get full immersion of the actual cleaning pad instead of 80%. I am really happy with it. Highly recommend it. And so does my daughter now 😂. She is going to buy one for her house too. 👌
