Review Time
3 days before Christmas I was let down on a present I ordered directly from the manufacturer a week ago. Morley Stoves were the only shop with stock on Google so put in an order yesterday (Friday 22nd) with free delivery being the only available option and didn’t hold out much hope of it arriving in time. I dropped an email asking if they could try their best to get it out in time, to which Maddy quickly responded and confirmed it had been sent. Imagine my surprise when first thing the next day (today) Royal Mail deliver the gift!Thanks so much for the great service Maddy!
Great friendly company & helpful customer service.I had an issue with the item I purchased, I contacted Morley’s via e-mail, the matter was dealt with quickly effectively & I was kept up to date until a replacement was received.I would definitely buy from Morley’s in the future & recommend to family & friends.
Very easy to use - ordered a Schiedel 950 fireplace. On unpacking the pallet I noticed one of the components was broken. I emailed a photo and phoned through immediately and spoke to someone who was very helpful and assured me that they would send out the replacement part. Can't ask much more than that!
