I bought a product from Morley Stove, which within a few hours I had found cheaper on another site. I wrote to them to ask for a price match or cancellation… though they do not price match they very kindly offered that I could purchase more from that brand to make up the difference I would have saved and they also offered to send it the next day for free! Great customer service!
We used Morley Stoves to fit a log burner in our kitchen. From the moment we stepped into their Ware based showroom we received exceptional customer service and knowledge. We were given excellent guidance and advice on the most appropriate log burner and positioning of it in our chosen room. We were kept fully updated throughout and found the whole team to be really friendly and knowledgeable. The fire looks great and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morley Stoves!
