Hope was very quick to respond to my email and helped me get my gift card that I lost in an email a while back. I was able to get my refund and buy another item within a few days.
My experience with the external post courier was poor (unrelated to the merchant - Motel) but my experience with the customer support person (Hope) was comforting, helpful, incredibly speedy, and just KIND. I moved addresses which made the mishap with my parcel stressful but Hope was super sweet and efficient in her help. What a lovely customer support person!! 💗💗
My first experience with the service was fantastic! I placed my order quite close to Christmas, but it arrived promptly, well-packaged and secure. My daughter absolutely loves these jeans, so I will certainly be coming back for more.
I ordered a pair of low-rise jeans, but they arrived with a small stain. I was hesitant to wash them first because I wouldn’t be able to return them afterward, so I wanted to initiate a return without incurring the $7 shipping fee. Unfortunately, due to the holiday season, there was no stock available for exchanges. Thankfully, a representative named Chelsea assisted me and offered a partial refund. She was very kind and responsive, even during the busy holidays, and I truly appreciated her help!
My phone automatically entered the incorrect address on my recent order, so I reached out to the company to update the shipping information. They responded swiftly to my request. The representative was particularly prompt and a joy to communicate with via email. The issue was resolved so quickly that I received my order just a few days after placing it. I would definitely recommend this service for their outstanding customer support.
I want to exchange an item that's available online, but the exchange option only allows for a different style, not the same one in a longer size. I've tried the chat support, but no one was available, and the voicemail said to call back later. Very disappointing service. This should be a simple process, especially since I use you frequently.
