Nightmare from start to finish. Tell you what you want to hear, but actually hopeless when it comes to customer service. Literally some of the worst customer service ever experienced. Made an official complaint, no response. Didn't like the idea of paying credit card fees so got me to pay by another method..which company does this!? Avoid and take your business elsewhere.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THE THESE FRAUDSTERS. THEY ARE SELLING HIGH VALUE PARTS EVEN THOUGH THEY DON’T HAVE THEM! THEY HAVE STOLEN £5500 FROM ME! POLICE, TRADING STANDARDS AND MY SOLICITOR ARE INVOLVED! THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD KIT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE ON THE FIRST CHOICE SPARES WEBSITE!
Was told they have a low mileage engine over the phone,iwent to see the engine before buying it and was told that i need to pay for the engine first then i can see it. Advertising a very low mileage engine but probably was a high mileage. Avoid theae crooks!They will talk sweet ober the phone but in reality you will not get what promised.Now they reply that six people demanded to see it.i never demanded but asked to see the engine, as the day before i was told over the phone that it will be ok . They cant tell the difference between 2 and 6 people Standing at their dirty reception.
Bought an engine for an Audi A6 for over £8000.00 with apparently 2 week delivery. No engine after 2 months of stalling tactics and had to employ a solicitor to get my money back. Very stressful experience. Dick Turpin would be proud of these guys. Utter disgrace.
Experts in engine codes, sold me a Nissan engine outwith Ebay to save me money they said. Engine not compatible and returned, CHARGED £750 re-stock fee and had to call them every day for 3weeks to get my refund. Very unhelpful, be very carefull and make them confirm its exactly what you need.
I wish I've read the reviews before I've ordered a part for my car..They've never sent the part and it took me more than 3 weeks to get my money back, I'm still fuming while typing ..This place needs to be shut down, get fined and prison sentences..So so bad!!
Worse company you will ever deal with everyday there’s a new story from them. Paid 2000 for a gearbox from desperation as I had no other alternative. They take your money straight away giving a time frame of 7/10 days. Called on 10th day they said 10 working days. Called after 10 working days and they’ve now had me waiting over a month threatening if I write a review online it would be worse for me. Only to laugh at me stating who even read reviews online.
To anyone looking to buy from this company , make sure you don’t pay for anything till you know it’s the correct part ,once they have your money ,there not in no rush to rectify their error of supplying the wrong part .just keep fobbing you of with we will ring when sorted .
