Review Time
My dad ordered an engine from this company and was told it would take 7-10 working days. After 20 working days the engine has not arrived despite paying £1800. We have been fobbed off constantly even after explaining this is having an affect on my job within the NHS as I’m having to car share with my dad. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I have asked to speak to a manager twice but have not been put through to one. I was even called by the name of Mr Robertson who has also left a review after clearly having issues.
I had a terrible experience with Motors in Motion. I ordered a front alloy crash bar for my Audi on a Saturday and paid £20 for delivery, but it didn't arrive until Wednesday. When my mechanic received the part, he discovered it was rusty and, to make matters worse, it was the wrong part - a rear crash bar instead of the front.I called Motors in Motion, and after investigating, they admitted to the mistake and agreed to collect the incorrect part and issue a refund. Two weeks later, I found out from my mechanic that they still hadn’t picked it up. Frustrated, I had to drive an hour back and forth to return the rusty part myself.When I arrived and asked why they hadn’t collected it, a short-statured employee dismissively told me they never agreed to do so and that there was no 'note on their computer for collection'. He then turned his attention to another customer call, leaving me standing there for another 10 minutes.The customer service was absolutely horrendous. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.
I paid this company £1554.00 for a gearbox that never arrived !!! 3 weeks later they say that they cant find it !!!They will not refund me !!! I have to take legal action now and will not let this go..I have been scammed......I should have checked the reviews before I parted with my money.Do not use this company or 1st Choice Spares
Top guys.Found a door for a m4, they were able to take some photos and advise on condition before I went to collect. It was a 7 hour round trip for me to go to them so was a little apprehensive based upon other reviews. But people always jump to complain, and don’t bother writing when things went well, so I think it’s only fair.Guy gave some advice too which proved useful when refitting the door to my car.Would use again for sure.
If there was a 0 star I would have gave that !!! It has been going on for over a year now, Do not use these people they are scammers and Adam is arrogant . They are hundreds of miles away from me but when I’m in there area I will pay them a visit . Buy from a reputable place and not these they should all be wearing hats with horses out side
bought a rear differential from this company they sent the wrong part. had this fitted £1600 down the drain.returned the part and was wateing a year for this to never come. been fobbed off by adam and the team. keep calling and email for an update on refund and nothing £2999 for the rear differential. please don't use this company they are scammers... !!!!! I'll have my time.
Absolute shysters, they promise you the world for a a price, then they don't deliver either the part or service. Lured like siren into their web of deceit. These con men could not lie straight in bed. If they get a whiff of a credit/debit card, expect to get bent over and treat like a slot machine.
Nightmare from start to finish. Tell you what you want to hear, but actually hopeless when it comes to customer service. Literally some of the worst customer service ever experienced. Made an official complaint, no response. Didn't like the idea of paying credit card fees so got me to pay by another method..which company does this!? Avoid and take your business elsewhere.
