No stars . Hard lesson learnt never to buy a vehicle from mototrust UK bury again. It was delivered dirty when told it was to have a full service . I tested this for car for 4 days for me to no there was a fault on the car with a noise under the bonnet. I was told by Riz that the car was fine as no warning lights was on the dash . Further investigation from my mechanic that the problem it had would not display a warning light like that. Motor trust took the car back if for so-called repair week after said it was fixed . Got it back for it to to the same thing it went in for.I've been lied to. the car never had a full service bolt s missing in some places went through all the sales guys in there to get the answer I was looking for and to address the situation but they brush you of with some excuse and with no contact .My advice stay perfectly clear .
Greg helped me find the right car for my commute. I needed something cheap to run and reliable, and he pointed me to a great little Ford Fiesta with full history and low miles. He didn't rush me, let me test drive it and even stayed late to finish the paperwork.
Thank you Riz. Couple of delays that maybe could have been avoided, but nonetheless, Riz was proactive in resolving the issues and making sure the agreed collection date was achieved. Vehicle immaculate in condition and ready to drive off the forecourt. Would recommend Motortrust and Riz.
Great service by Joe, nice quick and easy sale no problems whatsoever. We where left alone with no mither to look freely at the vehicles and the one we chose, just handed the keys to look freely and test drive with no pressure. Great service all round
