I had a great experience with MT Bury. I walked in not quite sure what to expect just a couple of days ago. Today, I drove away in my Tesla Model 3! Smooth process, no pressure, and everything was handled professionally. Big thanks to Tom for making it all so easy!
Severely dissatisfied with this company. Terrible service. I purchased a vehicle on finance with this company and in the month I've had it, all I've had are problems. To start off, I was unable to go and see the car in person due to living extremely far away. Due to this I was promised photos and a full video of a walk around the car, that would point out any issues and marks, including a view of the inside of the vehicle entirely. I was never given these photos nor the video. Unbeknownst to me the car had no parcel shelf in the boot, and the back passenger seat belt is completely ripped- this renders the car an MOT failure so how it passed the MOT and service I was assured it had done, I will never know. Had I been shown and told about the issues, I wouldn't have purchased that vehicle.The car was then delivered to me at 10pm at night, in the dark where I was unable to properly view it. As it was delivered so late at night I wasn't able to drive it until the following morning when I had to go to work. Upon turning the engine on I had a warning come up stating that there was zero oil in the engine. Consequently I had to then have a family member take me to a shop to purchase the oil I needed, drive me back home and fill up the oil. This then made me extremely late for work that day, of which my boss was not best pleased and neither was I.I then discovered the engine was leaking oil rapidly, and when I contacted the warranty company to sort the repairs, my warranty hadn't been paid by yourselves- even though i'd taken out a warranty and was paying for it. I've now had to chase the company several times and make sure the warranty is sorted so I can have it fixed. My entire experience with your company has thus far been rather lacking and frankly disappointing. I have been messed around and missold a vehicle that I am now contracted to for 4 years. Although I am frustrated and disappointed in your lack of service, the gentleman that I've been speaking with in the last week Mark, has responded in a timely fashion which I have appreciated. I will not be using your company again, nor will I be recommending you to others.
I recently bought a BMW 1 Series from Motortrust UK in Bury and had an amazing experience thanks to Kalum. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. The car is in fantastic condition and exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Reserved my car on the 29th of April and paid my deposit after receiving a video of the car. I was informed the car was (and I quote) "Been really well looked after", "you can see there's not scratches, no marks, no scuffs", "you have got one or two marks on the seats, but obviously they will come off in the valet, not a problem at all". After seeing the video, I was happy to proceed.It then came to delivery day, I was informed the driver phoned in sick, so it was pushed until the next day. I was assured the car would be delivered at 6.45 am the next morning. I got up at 6 am and heard nothing, so I called and was told my salesman was off and they'd try to sort it and find our mote. I then got told my car had a blowout on the way, and the driver was waiting on a new tyre, but my car is on its way. I called again to be told they had got it mixed up with another car, and mine still sat in the showroom and was due to leave at 11 am. After a lot of back and forth, I spoke with a manager who told me the driver would be there at 1.15 pm to collect my car. I phoned again 30 minutes later as I hadn't heard anything and was told by a salesman my car had left at 1.45 pm. So I waited. It came to 4 pm, and the driver called me to say he was just leaving and would be there for 7pm. If that wasn't bad enough, the car turned up and there wasn't a panel on it that never had a scratch or a chip in the paintwork, and I opened the driver's door to see paint/marks all over the leather interior. It was in poor condition and not as described, and the escapade I went through for delivery was nothing short of shambolic.I sent a message to the salesman I was dealing with and asked him to call me. I received a message back stating that management is handling the issue and will be in touch in a few days to sort out my refund. No phone call, no apology, and no car. Seriously disappointed as I was attracted to this company due to their 4.8-star reviews on Google.I've attached pictures of the damage to the car, which does not match the description.They then proceeded to take the full amount of finance (£436) and never cancelled the finance agreement, nearly 3 weeks after I cancelled the vehicle!!!
I Bought a 6 Series BMW from Motor Trust Bury very pleased with part exchange value on my car excellent service Riz was great to deal with got in touch when I first enquired about the car kept in touch with me through the week until I picked up the car great service. Came from Scotland to MOTOR TRUST in bury on the 30th may 25 to pick up an 8 seater van within 15 mins of driving it broke down nearly four weeks later still haven’t received it been told two weeks ago it has had a new clutch and flywheel ? it turns out it was the wrong parts that were fitted you definitely could not make that up as they then had to order the clutch and flywheel for Hyundai but wasn’t told until today 23rd June what I was told it was a senser that they were waiting on it ? What an absolute disgrace this dealer has become I was the one that was always phoning to put a 67 year old customer through that is absolutely disgusting 🤢 please stay clear
I bought Nissan Qashqai 2021 model from motortrust and overall experience was great and Special thanks to Riz who helped me from the day one to till final day of my purchase. I am sharing this review after using my car almost a month now and my car is in great condition so far and hoping it should be good in future as well. They didn't reduce the price of car as there was a minor scratch, however car was in great condition. So I don't mind it.They have also fixed all the issues which came in MOT and AA reports. So I was quite happy with it.I believe this is a great dealer to buy a car. Once again thanks to Mr. Riz for your support.
