Review Time
Nothing but trouble with this company. Purchased an Audi with the intention of having it delivered for when we arrived from overseas, told it was on route so eagerly awaited it only to get a call to say the car had picked up a fault, after 2 weeks with multiple attempts to communicate and getting no where, just lies and false hopes we finally recieved our car! To then a month later when visiting a garage we had remembered we'd never received proof of our extended warranty policy, phoned the company who told us motor trust never set it up but happily took our money from it. Been a week now since phoning to ask them to sort it, no calls back and no email to confirm it has been set up. Made our move back from overseas nothing but stressful and still not doing their jobs properly.
I wish I have read the 1star reviews! Do not believe one word what they say as they promise you a car that will look like one of the showroom cars only to get nothing like that! We even paid extra for the car to be fully valeted and done deep clean but we were lied, not only by one dealer but 2, and had the car in a very disgusting condition! Also they say you have enough fuel to last you until home but 5 min on the road we had to find a garage! There's has been quite few problems, too much to write here but my warning : please do not believe them, do read the 1 starter reviews and steer clear from this car dealers, hard to make them do the right thing and to do what they promised! It's over 4 weeks now and still waiting for the right documents of 3 years warranty as advertised as they send us one but totally different car make and fuel type!!!! Can't believe it!!!

Happy with service received by Joe on buying my car which was all done via phone since I don’t live near the garage. Special thanks to Junior (the delivery driver) who safely delivered the car to our meeting point and was pleasant and courteous. Junior was also bang on time even though we all had a long journey to meeting point.

The Easiest Used Car Dealership I have dealt with—I bought the car via my vehicle finance team, and MotorTrust Bury was excellent to deal with. Even with a few issues on my side, they managed to keep the car for me longer than they should have, which speaks volumes for the company and Riz, who was extremely helpful.On arrival, all staff were very attentive, and the handover and car being signed over to me via DVLA was done without any hassle.
