Rang them to inquire about a car at another site to see if it could be brought over due to being on crutches. Was told that they couldn't do this without a reservation - which i was happy to do once they confirmed it was refundable. If I didn't want to go ahead with the car.From the time of the reservation the price of the payments had changed atleast 3 times. I rang them to ask if the car was enoute and if we could discuss the price issues. I was told the car would arrive the next day and they would ring me. 2days later i still hadn't received a phone call - i rang up the site and asked for an update on the progress to be told the car would not be arriving till after weekend. When I voiced my frustration with the time scale as well as the price the sales person then went on to say " we dont move cars between sites unless we're sure of a sale" and that maybe we should iron out the price issues first. I explained that the reservation was to test drive and that it wasn't a guaranteed sale. Due to not getting a response I went on to say i would like to cancle the reservation and was told I would be called back with regards to this. 2weeks later I am still without my refund. Countless tries to talk to someone and promises of a call back are met with silence. Not the best customer service at all.

We bought a car that had a couple of minor issues which we were told if we took the car away these would be sorted at a later date. The salesman came and picked the car up a week later to fix the issues. Only to be told on the phone when it was being delivered that the repair looked worse than when it went in which didn't fill me with much confidence. Once the car arrived there was more exterior damage that wasn't there when the car was picked up. Now we have tried for around 6 to 8 weeks to get these issues sorted but now we are getting no response from the manager and the floor manager. We have called more than 20 times and been in twice and we are still at square one. Well even worse becuase of the extra scratches now. DON'T TAKE A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE 100 PERCENT HAPPY
