First rate service trading in our old car for our new Tiguan. Gave details of our car over the phone and agreed a price which was honoured when we went to pick up the new one. Rizy provided excellent customer service throughout, was honest about the new car and answered any questions we had.
tryed to talk to 2 staff but they weren’t interested, went into the office aria to find 3 sales staff having a good laugh taking the piss out of a customer who they had on loud speaker that couldn’t afford the monthly payments they just looked at me standing there and got back to the mocking , i wondered around for 45 min after that , there loss as i ready to sign for the white alfa at the back of the show room if the deal was right , would recommend you avoid this bunch of no respect lazy cowboys they are clearly still in the 90’s mind set of the car supermarkets
