Joe was really helpful all the way through. Kept up to date throughout the whole buying process. Very informative and knowledgeable about all the cars they stock. Listened to what out budget was and offered options in line. Never pushy or anything. Would buy a car again from motor trust
Purchased a vehicle from this company and although we are some 140 miles away the whole process went smoothly and without problems. They gave us a good price for our trade in and the new car had been fully valeted, serviced and with a new MOT although they charged us £245 for this. I have taken one star off the rating as they advertise free delivery and it is not. Something to beware of if you are on a tight budget.
Picked up my first car from hereRiz was great with communication Has told me to bring it back so he could make sure things were sorted on it that I hadn’t even noticed. I was a bit skeptical as it’s my first car and wanted things sorted for other plans and riz made an extra effort to make sure I was all sorted without my plans inturupted The car is really good and reliable have had no issues with it.
