We had been looking for a car for a few weeks and then found this Peugeot. We contacted Motortrust and spoke to Riz.From that moment on he looked after us, he was polite, professional and extremely helpful and kept in touch with us throughout the process of purchasing the car. Couldn't fault Motortrust one bit and a big thank you to Riz. We will definitely be recommending Motortrust to our family & friends.
Joe M was helpful, kind and efficient when purchasing my car. He was polite and professional throughout and I felt supported and listened to throughout the process. He was always at the end of a message and was prompt with his replies. He helped me set up the sat nav and sort the media system out which I appreciated. I highly recommend Motortrust UK and especially Joe.
I bought a car online thru Zuto, and the dealer that handled the purchase was Motortrust and Riz assisted me and arranged the delivery. Honestly, I was hesistant at first since after the finance went thru I never heard anything about the car. I never saw any pictures, videos, or information about the car at all and the purchase has already been made. I called a few times in a span of 3 days and was finally told that the car had a dent on the bonnet that needed to be fixed, I got so frustrated because nothing was mentioned about a dent or any faults with the car during the buying process, I was coordinating with Riz but got limited or no response. I had to contact Zuto again to check on the status and I was told that it will be with me on the 7th day. Finally, on the 7th day Riz contacted me and told me that the car is ready and that everything is okay. I booked the delivery and patiently waited, still concerned about the car since it was purchased online. (This is my first car and first time buying a car) The day of the delivery came and the car arrived in great condition! There were some small cosmetic issues but I’m not bothered as long as the inside and the engine is in great working condition. It exceeded my expectation and was very happy with it. My experience at first was stressful as I couldn’t get a definite answer from Riz. But after everything, I just think that he doesn’t want me to worry and wanna make sure that everything is okay with the car, though it would have been nice to have been given updates whenever I asked for it this doesn’t affect my rating of 5 stars with Riz and Motortrust. He even helped me a day later when I had a bit of a user issue problem with the car and was patient with me. I highly reccommend Motortrust if you want to buy a car online. My only feedback to Riz is to make sure to keep the buyer updated and try to make time responding to queries specially to first time buyers like myself, since I do not know the process nor anything about cars at all. His after sales service though is great and I want to thank Riz and Motortrust for my car purchase! Highly reccommended!
Writing on behalf of my 68 year old mother where I had to step in here to get her money back as they refused to refund the purchase the day after collection.The car was a Fiat Abarth 595, my mum has catoracts, and was told to pick the car up late on an evening in torrential rain. Before agreeing to the purchase they asked for the bodywork damage to be sorted which was promised before collection. Upon inspecting the car in the light, it's probably the WORST attempt at repairs ive seen in my life. As others have said, looks like they are putting tar or something over the paintwork issues then trying to buff compound over the damage to hide and conceal damage. every single panel needed a respray on a £13,000 car thats only 4 years old - there was easily 2-3 grands worth of damage, and their prep place has significantly created more damage becasuse they clearly dont know what they are doing. the salesman called 'Kallum'? odd spelling, tried to contact my mum via whatsapp on his personal number to send her £30 and to not complain for a detail and promised the damage was only visual and a clean would fix the bodywork. this is beyond laughable, they said they have no returns policy and wouldn't offer any more than £30 towards a detail. I then had to get involved stating consumer law and all of a sudden they now do accept returns, management none responsive from head office and at the Bury place, they wont reply in writing. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE from this garage, don't buy a car from this place, they have no idea what they are talking about and selling auction cars with no prep to the public then lying and concealing damage. Very surprised they are still in business. Clown show of a business.
A horrible experience! I bought a Tesla and confirmed the pickup time, but there was a bucket of paint spilled in the trunk that hadn’t been cleaned up. They also gave me a non-working charging cable, and on the pickup day, the car only had 4% battery. To make things worse, I later found water inside the taillight. When I contacted the salesperson, I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it.
