Great staff

I’ve spent 7 nights at Movenpick Sousse and have really enjoyed my stay. Staff have been very helpful, I received extra help from Faris at reception to help organise a golf lesson over the phone. As I speak no French or Tunisian, he translated for me, he also recommended that I put the Bolt app on my phone as easier to get taxis and cheaper. Actually he put the app on for me. So I would like to thank him for his assistance and all the staff at Movenpick Sousse

Movenpick Madinah near Masjide Nanawi…

Movenpick Madinah near Masjide Nanawi gate 328.4 adults cramped into a room for 2. No space for luggage so had to put it into the wardrobe.Bathroom wasn’t upto standard…therefore minimised food/drink consumption.Breakfast was very good.Staff was pleasant too.Definitely 3* and below hotel.

Bedbugs in Movenpick Amsterdam Central , bites all over our bodies. and no compensation was offered. Stay away from this disgusting hotels and disgusting people running it.

Stole my belongings at Anwar Al Madinah.

Stole my shoes, stole other belongings while I was outside and got defensive when I complained, they also have bedbugs.

Bedbugs hotel movenpick amsterdam

Bedbugs in Mövenpick Amsterdam Central leading to itchy bites, woke up to them crawling and feeding on us, lasted for weeks. We had to decontaminate and treat ourselves and our luggage and throw away thousands of dollars worth of items that were not practical to treat. Hotel management said they would compensate us, then when we reached out to them, they’re refusing to get back. We have received no compensation.

Stayed at jemuira lakes. Not the grand hotel Ii expected for dubais. But location service and entertment first class . 5 min walk to metro Had an issue with drinks package, but manager sorted everything out.Great hotel. Great location. Great service. Thank you jameriua , LakesWill be back

If 0 stars was an option that would be my choice. Me and my sister stayed in Mövenpick Hotels Marrakech for 7 nights and the experience at the hotel was mediocre as a whole. On the last night, 6 hours before we were due to fly home the next morning my sister felt a sharp scratch on her foot, which I found strange as I had the same thing the night before. We investigated the situation and found a thick, long, sharp needle poking through the bed sheet. We took pictures of the needle and immediately went to the lobby to inform a manager. After talking to the general manager, we were laughed at by the staff. To make matters worse, the man we was talking to wasn’t even a general manager and was actually a bar manager. The whole 7 nights we have stayed the bed sheets have not been changed and we had the same bed sheets as the guests before us. We spent 2+ hours trying to get someone to resolve the situation and get a refund for compensation on the hotel and had nothing but disrespect and negligence from everyone we had spoken to. We came back to our room and they hadn’t even bothered to remove the needle we found! I’d recommend anyone that is planning on booking here to not. You will receive bad service and you will sleep in the same bed sheets as the people (s) before you had.

I stayed at the movenpick resort and…

I stayed at the movenpick resort and Marina spa sousse, what a mistake I made. First of all they do not allow Muslim women to wear birkinis at the pool. This is not stated on their website at all. If this information was available I would not have booked a 5 star hotel and not be able to use the facilities. This was so upsetting for me as we went with other families and had a 5 children with us. I was not able to go into the pool with my child. I wanted a refund so I can go to another hotel that is also something they were unable to do. I was disgusted by their behaviour when Muslim women were in the pool with birkinis. The customer service at the reception and quest reception was appalling, all they did was shift the problem on to someone else. Staff were rude and unhelpful. I have stayed at other movenpick hotels around the world but by far this was the worst. I will not be staying at their hotels again or visiting Tunisia.
