SCAM. Charged me 0.50cents for a report that I never actually received. Spammed me with emails that I cannot unsubscribe from. You literally CANNOT cancel the subscription they sign you up to without even letting you know they’ve signed you up to it. Taken money out of my bank multiple times and it’s super frustrating. Please don’t let these stupid developers take your money. So many of us have been dragged into this without our knowing. Absolutely ridiculous.
Tried to cancel several times with my email address, which they email me daily on, when I try to log in to cancel it tells me no such email exists. I've gone on their chat line and asked to cancel several times no answer. Today they took money again, I will cancel it at the bank on tuesday. If I could give a zero stars I would.
I've never made a bad review, and I hate to do this. Like others, I was charged and it was made incredibly difficult to cancel. For those having similar issues for cancelations (not showing in the Apple Store, etc), I found this to work:To cancel a Moyra app subscription, users report needing to create a Zotlo account (the payment processor) using the same email address as their Moyra account, then navigating to the subscriptions section to cancel. Some users also recommend contacting their bank to block future payments from both "Moyra" and "Zstore". Cancellation Process (Based on User Reports): Create a Zotlo Account: If you don't already have one, create a Zotlo account using the same email address you used for your Moyra subscription. Locate Subscriptions: Once logged into Zotlo, navigate to the subscriptions section. Cancel Moyra Subscription: Find the Moyra subscription and cancel it. Contact Bank: Consider contacting your bank to block future payments from "Moyra" and "Zstore". Why this process is necessary: Moyra app does not have a direct cancellation option on their website or through email. Zotlo handles the payment processing for Moyra. Some users find it necessary to block payments directly with their bank as a further precaution.
Wish I’d read these reviews sooner! Paid 50p for a one off product but now locked into a subscription that there was no information or clarity about - they deceive you by making it look like a one off payment. Have emailed them to stop any future payments and also cancelled my bank to report as a scam. The option in the emailTo ‘log in and cancel your subscription’ also doesn’t work.
Can't give zero stars but this app just essentially makes it impossible to cancel so they can steal from you. Reached out multiple times trying to figure out how to cancel and they have like 5 different ways you can sign up so you have to dig through it to figure it out. You know their content is shit when they have to make it impossible to cancel in order to make money.
started off with a questionnaire for free then at end of questionnaire a 50p charge. My prediction was i will be worst off this time next week which was true. Just like 99.99999% of psychics the prediction came true as it was the app that conned me out of money, as it is impossible to unsubscribe.
AVOID! THIS IS A SCAM! I paid 50p for a reading which was pathetic and I never received, half the info on the page was clearly nonsense. I tried multiple times to find how I can cent the subscription and even though I used Apple Pay to pay, there was nothing in my Apple account to cancel subscription, they do this to lie so you end up paying the subscription cost after a week. You have to make a Zotlo account with the same email you signed up with to cancel the subscription from there. Very sly and disgusting. They also completely ignore your emails if you try and contact them. Get a real job.
