The personalised care during our trip preparation was excellent. There was careful attention to detail throughout. We had reason to contact our agent during our trip and this was reassuring and helpful. We will certainly use Murray travel again. From the start, Murray Travel have been so supportive and patient in arranging the best options on all the flights we took around Canada and America and then onto the Queen Mary 2. They could not have been more helpful and caring. They arranged our seats on flights, checked us in on our first flight and helped with visas. I certainly could not have done all of this myself and enjoyed the holiday all the more knowing they were there if needed. I thoroughly recommend Murray Travel and will only use them for future trips. A great Team - many thanks!
Had a wonderful holiday to Chicago and Nashville booked through Murray Travel. Talked through all the process of applying for Estas etc. Checked into first flights. Also available whilst we were on holiday..very knowledgeable staff..would highly recommend booking with Murray Travel.
We went to Murray Travel to arrange a trip to western Canada and an Alaskan cruise. Carla suggested a great itinerary and managed to get us a great deal on business flights with KLM.She kept in touch with us and updated all our travel arrangements as necessary.We had a fabulous holiday which went without a hitch and even exceeded our expectations ...Highly recommended travel agents!

Nothing was too much bother for her which reflects her many years of experience in the travel agency business. She's a true travel professional!
Absolutely faultless service from Tracy Ian , the travel consultant at Murray Travel in Inverness. All communication was via phone or e-mail as we live elsewhere. When Tracy was unavailable, we were dealt with very capably by Kenneth MacKenzie . Highly recommended.

I went in to Murray Travel in Elgin for the 1st time and was warmly welcomed by Lynette. My husband and I got the exact holiday we wanted gor a great price too. Lynette was very professional and kept in touch and phoned until our tickets arrived.
