Murray Travel was recommended to us by a 'frequent-traveller' friend and we do not regret following this up.Perhaps most importantly, the travel arrangements were accurate and all worked out well. We are an older couple, and having tried personally to make all the arrangements ourselves for a quite complicated earlier trip, experiencing the professional help of Murray Travel took quite a lot of stress out of the detailed planning! Our advisor (Susan Freeman) was consistently helpful, prompt (within the constraints of a busy workload and waits for other agencies involved to respond), friendly and easy to relate to. We have really appreciated her. The office venue in Inverness is also creatively designed and very pleasant.

Aimee made our holiday so easy. Printed off all boarding passes, even the return ones before we left. Absolutely nothing for us to do but enjoy the holiday.On return she phoned to make sure everything went smoothly.Def use Murray travel for next holiday as the price we paid was same as cheapest I could get online plus no hassle for me.

It was a short break to Barcelona and I was thinking of doing it myself but a friend recommended Murray Travel and I am so glad that she did. Susan took over and arranged everything. She was very good at communicating and keeping in touch until all the paperwork was in place. I would definitely recommend them.
From start to finish dealing with Murray Travel was such a positive experience - Carla was extremely helpful and tailored our holiday to exactly what we dreamed off. The communication throughout was excellent and always positive and you never felt you were being a burden even when you felt you were always changing your mind ! Having not used a travel agent in many years I wondered what difference it would make to our holiday, well it makes a huge difference! Just the confidence to know someone experienced is planning your trip and advising you of any pitfalls or issues. Knowing someone was on the end of a phone if we had any problems which we didn’t was a weight off my mind. Would highly recommend Murray Travel and their staff especially Susan who held our hands the whole way, and the welcome home card on our return was a lovely touch. X
We highly recommend Murray Travel , having just come back from our holiday to Japan and Dubai ,3 years after first booking.We were meant to go to Japan the year COVID began, however as the travel industry suffered we were constantly kept in touch about rebooking etc.,as they worked from home.Our travel agent Jacqui was very knowledgeable and as we added on Dubai she was able to recommend the hotel we stayed in and we won't hesitate to stay there if we go back.I surprised my husband with a helicopter tour to which all paperwork etc was kept separate ,nothing was any trouble . Our holiday was fantastic and it was down to the travel agent who helped make it special.Just tell them what you'd like and they do everything for you, from expensive to cheaper options!! Fantastic service and very friendly staff, can't wait for them to help me with our next holiday.Highly recommend.
Kate MacIver at Murray Travel, supported us in the travel arrangements to New Zealand, including return flights and all visa requirements. Kept in touch whilst out in New Zealand with return check in details at a touch of a button. Would highly recommend this company, and Kate to anyone wishing assistance and support for arranging holidays.
