This was a last minute, tight schedule trip and Alison was truly exceptional in meeting and exceeding our requirements.From our initial enquiry to eventual return home was absolutely organised perfectly and the advice offered to us on our eventual choice of vacation proved to be detailed and accurate. 10/10
During Covid I went back to using a travel agent. I’m not going back to independent travel as the staff at Murray Travel are so helpful, friendly and always pleasant giving a great service. It may be slightly more expensive but it is worth it for both service and peace of mind.I’ve booked some more complex holidays this year and Alison Jones has been fantastic. We’ve had experiences that we would have missed if not for her help.
They just make going on holiday simple by dealing with everything and giving you great suggestions and advice from start to finish. Susan kept in touch with offers and got us a great deal after our initial enquiry. Quick and helpful answers to questions. Dealing with real people; its SO much better an experience. We will be back!

Just back from a wonderful holiday in the Maldives, we stayed at The Residence, just fantastic from beginning to end.We booked our holiday with Tracy at Murray travel and she was fantastic from beginning of booking to when we got home, highly recommend, they listen to all your needs and certainly deliver.It’s just a more personal experience.
