Murray Travel were recommended to us by a friend. This was our first package holiday and we weren't sure where to go. Dot was so helpful from making suggestions, booking, making sure we were all checked in printing off boarding passes etc and nothing was a bother. Our holiday went without a hitch, flights and transfers were on time and no delays at all, hotel was amazing - spotlessly clean, room really comfortable, food was great couldn't fault it. We had an amazing holiday. Looking forward to booking our next one and will absolutely be booking with Murray Travel !!
Booked our summer holiday through the Inverness branch and the travel agent Kate was super to deal with! She found us a great holiday at a fantastic price. From start to finish we knew we were in good hands, and just before we went I was reminded to pick up the travel pack which was all organised and everything printed out. Our holiday hotel and package was brilliant. Couldn’t have wished for better and this is the 2nd time I have used Murray travel this last wee while. Highly recommend.
When my friend and I decided to go to Canada we set out to book our travel and accommodation online. As became bamboozled by the myriad of permutations we decided to seek assistance from a travel agent. At the first company I went to I was completely ignored, so I left and went to Murray Travel where the situation could not have been more different. A friendly receptionist linked me in with Susan Freeman who quickly got a handle on our wishes. Within a couple of days Susan emailed us with options and, via in-person and email, decisions were made. At the last minute before everything was due to be booked, our dates had to be changed. Susan revised everything. Our holiday was a great success, helped in no small way by the assistance from Murray Travel and Susan in particular. Her knowledge, experience and clarity was invaluable, and she also has a sense of humour! Since returning home we had a feedback meeting with Susan which continues the agent client relationship. We shall definitely use Murray Travel again and have recommended this company to others.
Highly recommend visiting Jennifer at Murray travel in Elgin. Everything is taken care of for you from the second you enquire about a holiday all you need to do is say what you are looking for. Being a nervous traveller, Jen totally put me at ease explaining every last detail of what to expect when travelling etc it made it so much easier and less stressful. We booked our first family holiday abroad with Jen for the end of last year and so impressed with the service we received, we got in touch to book our next holiday and again, totally blown away with the service we received.
Family Holidays made easy!Just returned from our 2nd all inclusive family holiday booked with Aimee at Murray Travel.As a single Mum she makes the finding, booking and all the arrangements so easy. All I have to do is pack and get us to the airport.Both our holidays catered for teenage kids, and a Mum who needed some sun lounger time and both delivered exactly what we needed in terms of pool time, lounger time and family time.Off to speak to Aimee about our 2025 holiday.
Our trip was across western Canada. The scheduling worked very well with good flight times, sensible route planning and a range of excellent accommodation. The car hire was straightforward and the stay in each location was balanced well against the shorter or longer drives. Start point was Calgary, final destination Vancouver. Well planned and delivered, thanks.
