Booked our family of five Thailand trip with the expert help from Sarah at Murray Travel. We had the most amazing time in Thailand thanks to Sarah at the team at Murray travel. They are very knowledgeable and there to offer help and advice in planning our special family holiday. Sarah built our tour to suit our needs and budget and was on hand to help answer questions and offer helpful advice. We wanted to do a few tours while we were there and Sarah helped book these for us too. We had a few flights during our trip and the Team in Nairn took care of everything while we were in Thailand, checking us in prior to the flights, all flights and transfers were smooth and stress free. Thailand was amazing, the country, people and food are fabulous, our three children (ages 12-18) had the best time ever and didn't want to come home. Many special memories made as a family. I definitely recommend booking Murray travel Nairn and look forward to booking with them in the future. Thank you all at Murray Travel Nairn.

Kacie could not have been more helpful when booking flights for my son and his friend. It was not a straightforward booking (I had tried myself and got confused!) but it was well handled by Kacie who took advice when needed, and made sure that all bases were covered. Had a fantastic holiday. Booked through Murray Travel and had many questions when we were booking but nothing to much trouble Great choice of hotels made by then . All transfers sorted and couldn’t fault. Had an issue with luggage being delayed and Lynette at Murray travel went out of her way to try and help BA !!
Murray Travel (Forres branch) tailored a holiday that exactly met our needs and provided a friendly efficient service…..and it didn’t just stop with booking the holiday. Due to illness our holiday had to be extended and they provided an excellent service in re-scheduling our return flight, and contacting us on a regular basis to check we were okay, and to see if there was anything further they could do to assist us. All in all a first class service.
From the get go Sarah at Murray Travel was amazing. Gave us plenty of options for our holiday and when we asked for a few more in a different location, she provided.We settled on going to Side in Türkiye The hotel that we chose was perfect, Sarah put our minds at ease as she had experience at the at particular hotel with her own son. Our little man was 10 months old at the time of traveling and there were plenty other families at the hotel. Sarah was be helpful when we had minor issues with our travel documents and kept us updated when there were changes to the flight schedules. I really couldn’t fault Murray travel at all and will certainly be booking with them again in the future

I cannot praise Jacqui, Alison and all the staff at the Elgin branch of Murray Travel highly enough. We’ve had to reschedule our holiday a few times and they have supported us every step of the way. Friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable I don’t know how many more superlatives or adjectives I can use to describe them.
