As this was a special celebratory long haul trip we wanted the assurance that booking through a travel agent would give us. This was the first time that we had used Murray Travel but we would have no hesitation in using them again. Amy was very efficient, helpful, gave us friendly advice and made the whole decision making and booking process very straight forward and stress free. She offered to find out about some extra excursions and places we wanted to visit, which weren’t part of the package itinerary, and even offered to book these for us. We made 3 visits over the course of a year to make initial enquiries, make a booking and to finalise details and also had email communications. While we were on holiday I mislaid an email which had tickets for an extra excursion she had booked for us but she kindly and promptly emailed them to me again and saved the day. We will definitely be using Murray Travel again and even better, they have now opened a branch in our home town.
