Horrible

Update:After my negative review, they offered to refund the amount. That was weeks ago, and every time they keep stringing me along, saying the refund has been initiated or that they are waiting on PayPal, but it’s pure fraud. I have never experienced anything like this. It’s clear they are never going to pay. Extremely frustrating and dishonest — please stay away from this company!First review:Terrible. I wanted to try a one-month subscription, but suddenly nearly 120 dollars were charged to my PayPal for an extra one-year subscription. Within 10 minutes, I contacted their customer service to inform them that I had not selected this subscription. Someone named Angel replied with a standard message claiming that I had, but the attached screenshots clearly show that’s not true. I definitely did NOT choose this subscription, and the fact that you can’t cancel it—even within such a short time—is ridiculous and completely against all consumer protection laws. All my emails received the same standard response saying they “understand” but can’t issue a refund. Outrageous and so frustrating. Do not do business with this company!!!
