It’s been a little over 2 months now. I don’t do long sessions, mostly 10–20 mins, and I skip days sometimes. But I always come back the next day instead of quitting altogether. That’s new for me. And honestly that alone makes it 5 stars.

Customer Service Email Is Really Fast

I wasn't sure how to cancel my subscription, but the customer service email resolved it very quickly – much faster than trying to do it through PayPal

It’s a complete hoax

My wife ordered Tai Chi course trial via Instagram for a price of 9,99$. It immediately created three payments of 9,99$, 12,99$ and 34,99$ - all monthly renewing subscriptions. App did offer manage subscriptions page, which showed 2 out of 3 subscriptions but no way to end them. Contact form directed to yet another shady website. The course itself did not work, video “downloaded” to 99%, but never started. Avoid at all cost and shame on Instagram for allowing these kind of hoaxes to rip people of in their platform.

Well i am having the same issues as…

Well i am having the same issues as every one else charging me money which i cant seem to cancel or get my money back, it was cancelled and they still have taken more money out , today, and i will have to cancel my bank acc so they cant do it any more DONT GET CAUGHT LIKE US AND ITS THE USA THAT RUNS IT FED UPDAWN

Unauthorised Charges, Ignored Cancellation, Very Poor Support

I requested cancellation 3 times and clearly declined all alternative offers, yet MuscleMonster continued to charge my card anyway. In January alone I was charged multiple amounts (£59.62, £29.81, £14.90) plus extra international transaction fees. My emails were repeatedly ignored, and I had to cancel my bank card to stop further payments. Support keeps asking for the same information again instead of resolving the issue. I have now escalated this to Apple, my bank, and prepared complaints for Trading Standards and the Financial Ombudsman. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable.I would never ever recommend this app. People please be aware..

These guys are a total rip off

These guys are a total rip off. I thought I was ordering a chair program for older folks. I was charged for a walking program and an upgrade, I didn't order, with a subscription I didn't order for wqay more than I thought.When I looked at the program they sent I couldn't even use it at all! So I contacted them within minutes of the order confirmation. No solution, no refund, no help DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS!
