Do not buy! Handle broke after just a few trips, a wheel also broke partly on second trip already really. Based on other reviews I won't even bother with trying to get a replacement as I don't want to waste time with them or any money (have to return it myself) or get one of those poor product at all anymore. It's complete Chinese dropshipped garbage quality. Can find near identical bags for 1/6th of the price on Alibaba/Aliexpress.
Literally the WORST company. They charge a premium yet DO NOT provide a premium quality product and there customer service is laughable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM or you will be stuck with an expensive terrible suitcase which is the opposite of what you want for travel.
Received for Christmas, took a trip THREE DAYS LATER, my entire suitcase has dents and scratches all over it and they sent me some image FROM A DIFFERENT SUITCASE COMPANY that says “overtime aluminum luggage will have wear and tear” I understand overtime but not after one use….my $100 luggages are better quality.
STAY AWAY!!!! This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the quality of their cases is well below par. If you could rate a company below 1 star it would defiantly be this company. I took my case on one trip and after this one of the locks was defective and the mechanism was not working well. After several emails I received a generic reply asking to try all 1,000 possible combinations on the lock, even after telling them I had not changed the combination from the factory set. After replying to this I have still yet to hear anything back from them 2 months later. Do not buy this product you will regret it!!!!!
They don’t hold their word on their warranty. The inside of the suitcases are so cheap and multiple components broke in the first year. Tried contacting the multiple times with no answers. The just don’t care! Not worth the money!!! Keep away!!!
I recently had my suitcase handle break, and I reached out to their customer service like 10 times to no avail. They don't get back to my many emails or help provide support. I sent them a video and image of the warranty covered damage along with the receipt and have not heard back at all.
