Please avoid. Dangerous company

Please avoid! Medication is not delivered in a temperature controlled environment as promised, it is delivered by the standard Royal Mail service wrapped in a thin ice pack which when stored in the back of a van quickly becomes a warm water bottle!. Medicine arrived warm - it was dispatched on a Sunday afternoon and wasn’t even attempted to be delivered until the Tuesday afternoon during an August summer heatwave. They also do not give a delivery day or slot and expect in their terms and conditions that you are in to take delivery at ALL times within a 3-5 day period which is obviously completely unreasonable however if medication was actually stored in a temperature controlled environment this would not be an issue as it would remain cool.MyBMI do not take any accountability whatsoever and advise to still use the medication which has not been correctly stored as per medical guidelines. Wholly irresponsible company. Will not refund or replace. There are a huge amount of similar reviews and complaints and both trading standards and GPhC are well aware of this company and they are under investigation. There are lots of other online pharmacies who are reputable, please just do your research first.
