Not very easy to get advice or speak to a prescriber, when you eventually get advice it’s not very helpful or proactive in prescribing something to help. Also they never sent a sharps bin until halfway through treatment. Other places treatments are slightly lower in price. Medication is always on time however and correct.
I am extremely disappointed that the price increase has been applied BEFORE 1st September 2025 when My BMI promised that they would not do this and would NOT increase prices in line with everywhere else as there was plenty of stock. I feel I have been miss led and lied too. I also find it exceptionally unfair that everyone has been allowed to panic buy meaning I could not get the normal price before 1st September
Poor customer services when experiencing an issue with royal mail delivery. Delivery took 10 days which breaks the 'cold chain'.I missed the first attempt at delivery (on the phone but was home), royal mail didn't attempt to deliver again, and I couldn't get an update on when it would arrive as the parcel was then taken to the wrong delivery hub, it turned up 9 days later. Customer services didn't help at all and kept repeating the same phrase that I agreed to be in to receive the delivery despite it clearly being a royal mail issue.
The order is normally reviewed and sent within 24 to 48 hours. This time it took 10 working days to send order. I e mailed in the interim explaining that I was going to be away and to please not send until I was back but the order was sent on exactly the wrong day. It is now in the post office awaiting collection and of course will be of no use as it had to stay refrigerated.
