I have not had a reply with a resolution as to how MYBMI are going to help me with my complaint regarding my most recent order, I have emailed twice now with evidence which disproves what MYBMI had explained. I had not notice of my oder being dispatched until I had a missed delivery notice from royal mail which happed to be on the hottest day of the year so my order sat in a royal mail van for over 24 hours in over 34 degree heat, when I received it the following day it was very warm and had sweated, I have asked for a replacement as the temperature control had gone out the window and had massively exceeded temperatures in which it can safely sustain. I was told I had agreed to be home for delivery and would of received correct communication regarding this. Well no I didn't, I have have sent the evidence across and have now been ignored twice!! It's £149 for a product now not safe to use because of a failure on MYBMI behalf. I am not happy with the way MYBMI have chosen to deliberately ignore my complaint and because of this I will be making a complaint higher.
As a long outstanding customer their customer service is awful, I had a recent problem with a pen (never had this before) when contacting I was told there’s no problem by an email and a description how to administer the pen (clearly didn’t look to see I’ve had many), there clearly was as I’ve had many before. I tried using a sharps needle and nearly passed out they were aware of this (that’s why I pay more for pens) I was then told to contact another company where they get them from (even though I ordered from mybmi) no response, also made them aware of this. Then when I wasn’t responded to I was told to wait, the customer service team would never help only respond with a question or they can’t do anything, this started over a month ago and now looking for a new provider as once again they didn’t respond I will be making a complaint
