Review Time
I bought a couple of the pans at Walmart and I absolutely love them. I decided I want a set so I have ordered from the website multiple times with zero success. I get an order confirmation screen, told my order would ship within 24 hours and nada. Granted, I also am never charged so that’s a good thing. I’ve tried to contact customer service and am told it has to be escalated to a different department, but I’m never contacted back and nothing is resolved. It’s extremely frustrating! You’d think they’d want the sale, but apparently not.

UPDATE - After posting this review they reconsidered their position and have sent me out a replacement, so I have changed the review to 3 stars instead of 1. Don't use this company! I bought a Carote pan from them and after a few uses the handle snapped off, away from the pan. I emailed Chloe at customer services to ask for a replacement handle and after a couple of emails back and forth with me sending pictures of the handle and pan, she replied saying with:"Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but unfortunately, damages resulting from usage or mishandling (such as the handle snapping during use) are not covered under our policy".So using the pan normally, and the handle snapping off whilst holding it by the handle is not grounds to be sent a replacement handle, apparently!Although surely there must have been a manufacturing defect in the first place for the handle to snap off...Any other reputable company would just send out a replacement handle. Not happy. Pan now going in the bin. What a waste.Avoid this comanpy
I got an ivory set for Christmas so have used them less than 3 months. They are scratched, stained, and come out of the dishwasher covered in a silver/black residue which has stained my cabinet. I wipe the residue away and it happens every wash. I can only assume it’s from screws or something in the lids and handle or something in the bottom of the pans. The residue concerns me so I will be replacing this set with a set I do not have to worry about a possibly toxic residue.
I got these pots and pans as a Christmas gift and I was so excited I had just got a brand new stove so I wanted new ones. Followed my mothers instructions to use on low heat, wash with paper towels and soap and water never a sponge. They are stained brown and on the sides and hasn’t even been three months. I will be buying a new set with a different company very disappointing.
i got a set of pots and pans as wedding present and it is already wrecked I need t buy a full new set and i am probably not buying from them again i got the beige set and it is all burned and stained looking so awful and it is just being used a year but it has been bad for longer i am holding and using the most before buying another set, so after six months using it, it wasn't looking good already
Bought a year ago, said they were dishwasher safe. Within one year the handles don’t work and I scolded myself, black comes off everywhere from the bottom of the pan and the first layer is peeling off inside and out. Contacted Carote who conveniently left if to over a year to tell me me ‘the would love to help, but I don’t ‘fit’’Please don’t buy these, you get what you pay for and these are cheap, nasty and dangerous
We have had for three months so far. The quality is most important and they look and work great. The one issue we had was a loose handle. I reported it and they we very quick to help make it right. With in 3 days they have sent a new one out. Their customer service is very good.
