Avoid or Read this before you BUY

I got a quote on their website, someone known as ****** *** bombarded me with phone calls and even emailed me the quote. The price was very cheap in comparison to what's out there so I was a little bit dubious about it. I decided to check their reviews if it's actually legit. The general consensus is that they take a cheap/low deposit to get you hooked and when you try to make the full payment they tell you that the airline has increase the price and bump you for more money. So I replied to his email that I'm ready to purchase but I won't be paying a deposit, I will be paying the entire amount which was around £3200 for 6 passengers. But before I do that, can he assure me that the price won't go up after making full payment? That was the last time I heard from him. No response to my email, called the office numerous times, always busy or not available. On other occasions they simply kept me on hold for 20mins before cutting the call. Don't believe most of the positive reviews. Had to be relatives or they paid people to write it. Purchase with them at your own peril but don't pay anything till you have been assured via email that the price won't go up after deposit, etcI'm editing this only to respond to your response below. I have no interest in defaming you. It's too bad I can't upload screenshots on here. I don't work for a competitor and don't even work in your field. I just want others to proceed with caution and for your company to provide better customer service and be upfront with people hence why I said they should seek assurances in writing first so they don't end up out of pocket! I'd love for your company to do well because competition is always better for we customers but its imperative that ethics and good practices are in place in serving your customers
