Mahi customer service was sport on .this lady was very kind and patient at the time I was booking my ticket .she kept calling back just to make I was ok and made sure I understood every issues that came with purchasing ticket through flight companies and the airlines especially during festive seasons
I was trying to book a flight for my husband and came across mydreamflight and paid a deposit of £50 and later found out that the airline I booked was not in operation the UK at the moment.I want to specifically appreciate Mahi, she kept on calling me for over two weeks and I kept missing , but she did not give up until she got to me, but unfortunately my husband had traveled.She was very understanding and issued me with a voucher for my husband to use on his next travel.
