If there is a 0 rating, this company should be awarded -10, they are a very strategic gang of fraudsters who will take your deposit and never issue you a ticket.Avoid this company if you don't want to increase your blood pressure and give yourself a heart attack. They have my £300 and have not issued a ticket to date.You shall all burn in hell for taking me through a hard time.
I am very happy with the service & support I received from Travel Agent- Anum. I was able to get 2 tickets short stopovers and good prices. Despite some errors from airline she was able to remedy & provide compensation. Will continue to use services, hopefully I can get better offers next time I travel.
This was my first time to use My Dream Flight. First the initial quote for my flight seemed very cheap to be believed. When I chased this up to pay the balance then we faced problems with validating certain parts of the round trip. Anum, the agent rep kept on assuring me and indeed to her word, she found the right flight for me. She even gave me a e voucher to use in my next flight. Thank you Anum and My Dream Flight Team.
Like many others, I was scammed by them as they took a deposit then told me before I was due to fly out that the ticket price had increased. I was able to buy the ticket from the airline directly for £300 less. Dreamflight.co.uk refused to return my deposit.
