I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. After nearly half a year of waiting, they still haven't returned my deposit. Despite promising to issue a refund, they continuously delay the process, offering one excuse after another. Their dishonesty and lack of integrity are appalling. I've had enough and have reported them, sparking an investigation into their shady practices. It's clear that this company operates with complete disregard for their customers' trust and well-being. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of these fraudulent scammers.
My experience with Mydreamflight has been the worst I've encountered. I requested a refund of my deposit, but I'm still waiting for a response. They have not replied to my emails addressing the issue, and despite calling them multiple times, I have received no assistance. They have refused to refund my £500 deposit and threatened me over the phone. I have since reported them to the police and Mr Musa, Mr Abdul and Mr Harris will hopefully be prosecuted for their actions and the company will soon hopefully be dissolved as they have scammed many people. The positive trustpilot reviews are all fake bots if you look closesly. Avoid these scammers.
This company have held my deposit for almost 6 months and have agreed to refund it however they keep lying and pushing it further back and making excuses so they have since been reported and an investigation has commenced. The company should be getting shut down in due time. Avoid these fraudulent scammers at all costs.
