Review Time
The most or worst crooks I have ever dealt with. They will lure you to thinking you've got the best deal but after paying the deposit, no one would like to know about you anymore. One of their staff I spoke to one of the staff was the worst and with my experience, I can confidently say that the positive reviews might all have been written by themselves or friends in order to scam more people. I paid a deposit for a supposed journey for next summer and only realised after reading some of the bad reviews that they are not what they say they are. I was told by the staff that a seat has been reserved on a BA flight and a reference quoted. Upon checking with BA, no name of that sort was recognised. When I went back to him, he claimed the reference given was for their files only and that was when I demanded for my deposit back. No one responded to my numerous emails and neither did anyone aswered the calls to them using their various telephone numbers. The staff later came back to me and stated a refund has been requested and that would take 3 weeks. Only in this company that a refund takes 3 weeks to be processed!!!!. I waited patiently and it is over 4 weeks now. Despite emails sent, no one has responded and no one has called me back. I would entreat people to read reviews and never be enticed by their so called low fares because they do not exist. This agent needs to be arrested because even their address is questionable. Please,stay away from them as they appear to be crooks. The deposit was never refunded and I had to find extra money from somewhere to pay for a new ticket from a new agent

Why has no one budged to have refunds sorted for the payments made in good faith for airfares? Are you trying to prove, to the extreme, the crookedness in My Dream Flight? How much more can you convince me that your foremost expertise is to deceitfully collect and hold onto people's money for service not delivered by British Airways? Are you all bent on heaping curse upon My Dream Flight and upon British Airways? Let's see if people in your management teams really care about the brand he seeks to promote.A few individuals of the My Dream Flight travel agency, in apparent crookedness, aided and abetted by British Airways, whose representatives have nicely represented the selfish, unfair gains of British airways, ought to be ashamed of yourselves; and if your conscience can't inspire you to do the honourable thing, so well do you certify your own depravity.AFTER AGES, I'm still waiting for the honourable thing to be done.Let's see if people in your management teams (My Dream Flight and British Airways) really care about the brand they seek to promote.
