Review Time
I booked a flight with a lady called Sarah and she gave me till the 23rd of August to pay the balance. I called on the 22nd of August to request the link to make the final payment, I was told that Sarah is not available, however, someone else will call back. I then called again on the same numerous occasions and was reassured that someone will get back to me, unfortunately, no one did. On Tuesday 23rd of August which is now the deadline to make payment and I called again on numerous occasions got the same response that she is not available but someone else will call back and send me the link for the payment. On Friday the 26th August, I called again and only to be told that I have missed the deadline for the payment and the price has now increased, by £600 more, which I told them it's no fault of mine if the agent dealing with my booking is not around and all the others just keep making promises to call back but never did. The agent Annie Marie was so rude and didn't even give me a chance to explain, how I have been calling them but no response. I then requested my deposit which I was told I will get back within 24hrs and it's now more than 24hrs.
As everyone can see, my review is authentic and it’s been verified. Don’t be fooled by the fake and positive reviews. It’s SCAM, FRAUD AND DECEIVING. Stay away from them, still no refund and I won’t be tired of writing the reviews. They tried to silence me by asking My reviews to be verified. Let’s open a Facebook page dedicated to them and expose them
