Just spend 30 minutes reading this, and save yourself a signification amount of frustration and money.---> mydreamflight.co.uk is a trading website for Comfy Tickets LTD.---> Registered on the GOV.UK website under Company number 11074842.1. It is clear that this company acts as a middleman, and as everyone knows, the middleman always takes his cut.2. They lure you in with great prices, first requiring a deposit, followed by advising to pay the remaining balance a week later. That "great price" likely exists in the hope that customers miss their payment due dates, allowing them to pocket part of the deposit due to customer negligence.3. If you're diligent and keep track, they'll first report that there has been an issue of sorts, such as claiming your ticket is no longer available. Then, they'll bombard you with alternative options, at more realistic prices, meaning priced higher than your original agreement.4. If you refuse the higher prices, they'll try to twist the situation to make it seem like you're at fault for not compromising, and of course, they will try to keep a portion of your deposit for that.5. Only if you've followed every step correctly, have legal proof (take time to request email references for every conversations) that you've done nothing wrong, and stand your grounds, will they eventually offer you a refund, which comes with a frustrating 2–3 weeks wait.6. Never accept a cancellation! They’ll get to keep part of your deposit if you do so.7. A key phrase to try for anyone looking for a full refund while at steps 5 & 6: "I am happy to pay as originally agreed or less, nothing more. If you can no longer honour the offer, please proceed with a full refund."8. Despite all the red flags, I still went ahead with one of their alternative offers and bought tickets from them. 9. My regret?... Within minutes of paying, I found out that the exact booking directly with the airline or with Skyscanner would have been cheaper.10. They included is seat & meal selection, an EMD Credit Mile of £150.00 (can be used across any airline, however only £100 at a time), along with lounge access during transit, as a "goodwill gesture"... However to note, the airline also provides similar miles reward and lounge access (depending on the flight, and when directly booked with them), although their miles can only be used with them directly. 11. The whole process took place over 2 days, a week apart, and as a whole, roughly included 7 calls (~160 mins), 17 emails (received and sent), and two chats (~ 1 hr).12. My overall advice?... Just give them a miss, it is not worth it.
I got a good deal but the airline pulled last minute anyway Aqsa was very very patient with an irate customer such as I. Got me a substantially reasonable flight & also got me a voucher. Very handy. More or less a longer trip.
A friend recommended this company to me, initially I was sceptical but one of the agents call Sami, was very professional in dealing with me, he provided an excellent service. I will continue patronizing them and I highly recommend this company
