Armaaan has been very helpful with my travel ticket. I particularly like his attention to details and above all being patient with me. He is a good example of how business should treat customer especially when things go wrong. He was awesome and professional throughout. Terrible service, I was scammed. Will never use them again, and I would not recommend anyone to be tortured like i was. I reserved a ticket and paid the booking fee. I insisted to pay in full and they refused was told to finish paying a week later to follow company procedure. When i had to pay the balance, i was told the ticket had gone up due to airline issues beyond their control and i had to pay significantly more and this clause was not disclosed when i booked the ticket. I requested for a refund of my booking fee since they failed to provide the ticket they sold me due to their system issues and they refused and they kept insisting on selling me an overpriced ticket, offering vouchers as compensation. They made me search for cheaper quotes today so that they could match them and when i provided them they still did not match them and started condemning other agents and even airlines just to get me to pay more for their over priced ticket. They kept me online for 3hours promising to help and ended up dropping the call on me without resolving the issue, with no ticket and no refund and being rude about it. I felt emotionally abused and lied to and scammed as I would have appreciated transparency from the beginning and to take responsibility to refund my booking fee after failing to secure and provide the ticket we agreed on.
READ THIS BEFORE PAY THE DEPOSIT !!!Everything start around 2 July 2025 whe. I tried to find a flight ticket company who allowed me to pay by instalment to Philippines for December and I find this mydreamfligt.co.uk who after I messaged them they called me right away and suddenly they had a very good offer from a flight that I didn't find it ( before contacting them I had a judge research on the flight platforms ) . And they trick me to pay 100 £ deposit for the reservation to not lose the flight, so I paid, after many days of asking for bookin reference so I can check they finely give me one that didn't exist, after around 3 weeks of talking with them and the flight company ( Emirates ) they did a booking on my name and that one was available for 2 weeks, after that they canceled. After this they called me and say that because the flight company don't accept the instalments anymore and I need to pay in full the amount of 650 left from 750 the price of that ticket, I say that you can't do this and if you cancel the deal I asked for my deposit because I don't need they service, I can buy a ticket in full by myself, and they keep insisting to not cancel and they give me time around 2 months to pay in full the ticket, Arman he even say to send money in his account and I say no way. Each time I need to reply to his email like a confirmation that I'm agree to continue with them, until in one day they add a text in the emai that was not there before and where is saying if the flight company will cancel the flight they will find another one more expensive and you need to pay extra, ( once the deal is done and you paid the deposit is staying like this ) . And after I read more reviews on trustpilot I noticed that all are say the same , 5 star or 1 star say the same story, that in the last moment the company cancel the flight and they payed double for the new ticket. Now is your choice if you go or not with them but 💯 are scammers, I already start take legal action against then just to show them that enough is enough. Scam , scam, scam

scam alert. i booked ticked with Eman and i couldnt get the ticket and i paid 100 pounds and i have asked for refund and i couldnt get my refund .they keep hanging my calls and later told me ,its wrong company. DONT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAM, Abdul
