Haven’t had the loupes a year yet and have had multiple faults. The company seem very helpful and provide fantastic service when looking to purchase them, as soon as they’ve had your money to get any help from them (or even to get the loupes themselves) is like getting blood from a stone.

Deleted reviews

After a colleague booked a demo, I recommended she reads their reviews, and I noticed my original review has been deleted. I checked my emails and they reported that I had reviewed the wrong company! Ironic considering one of the 5 star reviews here is from the owner who did my demo.

Very happy with the loupes and light

I purchased my 5x Ergo loupes in September 2023 and have been using them daily in the clinic ever since. I have been thoroughly impressed with both the product and the service.When the loupes first arrived, the customer service team was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the selection process and promptly answering all my questions. A few months later, I accidentally dropped my loupes, but the team quickly provided an emergency replacement within 48 hours and had my original pair repaired within a couple of weeks. Their support was consistently excellent throughout.The loupes themselves are outstanding—crystal clear, lightweight, and comfortable enough to wear for long procedures. They’ve significantly improved my work quality and reduced eye strain.I highly recommend them to any clinician considering an investment in high-quality loupes. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service.

Excellent Loupes and Service

Had a great experience with dealing with this company and am very happy with the refractive 6.5x loupes I have received so far. These are the first refractive loupes I’ve ever owned and the learning curve has been pretty quick. The quality on these has been solid and the 3 batteries provided last long enough for several long procedures and can easily be switched out even when they run out. Would recommend to all! Excellent customer service topped it all off.

My first impression was frustrating due to the delay in my loupes. HOWEVER, the loupes were soooo great that I am angry at myself for not buying them earlier from these guys and absolutely worth the wait. On top, the guys were very professional in dealing with the delay which at the end was very important to me the service I received. Hence the good review. I was looking at other loupes, and diff makers, these guys had the best price and the loupes feel and look so great. Don't waste time searching elsewhere. The wait is 10000% worth it. This is a real review from a real dentist and not a bot or fake review.

Best loupes I’ve had

Best loupes I’ve had. Tried more expensive competitors, which didn’t work out. These loupes have changed my outlook on work and made it bearable. No longer in a massive amount of pain working as the refractives have improved my posture no end. The loupes are light and comfortable with excellent clear vision.

I’ve had my loupes for 3 years now and I couldn’t have asked for better! Thanks for Theo for seeing me and finding me the best loupes I could have dreamed of. No other company charged such fair prices (rather the opposite!) They have been so useful and very upset to see these literal Karen’s saying otherwise! Thanks to the MyErgo team for making work comfortable!
