Review Time
I signed up for this service only because the sales agent who rang at our door was too nice and she was very genuine. But this service never worked for us since we are not heavy milk drinkers. The worst thing of all is that I keep getting wrong deliveries (the last time I ordered 4 items and I got 3 wrong). Keep getting the wrong milk brand or type delivered. I once contacted our milkman to let him know and he didn't respond. In fairness, another time when he didn't deliver, he did respond. I wrote to the customer service to let them know that we keep getting wrong deliveries and that I wanted an item changed or refunded. No response. I asked them how I can move from weekly to once-off deliveries, no response. I now want to CLOSE my account, so I hope that this review will get them to answer my email. Please, don't reply with your usual template to contact your customer service. I have already done that. If you don't reply, I will talk to my credit card provider to see what we can do to stop getting charged.
I was told when signing up that l will have no delivery charge for first 4 weeks. At my first bill milk man charged me so l wrote to him and he said l was told wrong…. I spoke with customer service they said they will talk to him and get back to me- which never happened, never heard from them and was charged by milk man for delivery.Milk man never looked at the app, wrong deliveries. Not happy at all with the service and l closed the account! Never again!
Constantly something missing from deliveries. Most recently we bad 2 expired products delivered. You get no satisfaction when contacting so there's no point. We cancelled previously because of this but decided to give a second chance. Cancelling our service again for good this time. Disgusting
When we first signed up we were very happy with the service. However in the last number of weeks we have had several missed deliveries. We relied on these deliveries for our baby’s milk, some mornings there would be nothing delivered and we’d have to run out and get some. Just not good enough when you’re paying for a service, you expect your deliveries to be delivered!
I've been amazed at how good this all is. Brian Gleeson our milkman is spot on with the order, there when you get up. No more legging it out into traffic in the rain to get milk for the kids. Its like the old days with all the options of digital. Its a pity some bad milkmen are dragging this down.
This has been a nightmare. This company won’t respond. I got sold this by Liam Corcoran at my door step. Nothing ever comes good of cold callers. He will not respond no matter how hard I try text, email and phone. Gave card details and then driver started appearing saying my card not working. So I gave him cash. However, they keep charging my account. Now after all this time and calling to close account they are charging me for things that they aren’t delivering. I stopped their service around Xmas. Today I got automated email with an order for Wednesday. I closed this account. They have taken 56 euro from my card. Don’t fall for this they are the worst I’ve dealt with in a long time.
I signed up with this company nearly 4 weeks ago and never received a delivery. I was initially told my order was missed because they couldn't find my house and didn't have the Eircode(despite the fact that an Eircode is needed to set up the account). There was no explanation as to why I wasn't called to confirm the address. The next delivery didn't materialise either; ¹I tried to phone the number provided but the call was hung up on. I had to leave 3 messages to get someone to call me as you cannot close the account without having a rep try to persuade you to stick with them. I try support small local businesses but with such appalling service, it is hardly surprising that the big chains seem like a safer option.
