Never sign up!!!!!!!!!! no customer service no contact no contact with local milkman however in messages: if something is wrong just let me know I’m more than happy to help, I just need to know so I can get it sorted……And never sorted out!!!!!!
Used this service for almost a year. Delivery was unreliable. Tried to cancel after a few months but they persuaded me to give it another go so I did. However, the same issues arose again - late deliveries some days and sometimes no delivery at all. They make trying to cancel next to impossible and you have to be really firm about it. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
Started out ok, delivers all good. However within the last two months, I made payments via Revolut as had done in past, nearly two months passed and my payments are still not reflected in my account, have called, email, messaged. Still says I've made no payments. The customer service lady said she'd pass the issue up to the regional manager, still noting almost two weeks later.I've just informed them that I'll be consulting my lawyer, see if they can do anything about this.To customer service: Don't go asking me to contact customer service like you have done others here, I've been contacting them for nearly two months and NOTHING has been done.Update : Has been resolved, Milkman called me and we've sorted things out.
I signed up to my milkman in 2022. It was very convenient and reliable. I was happy with the service until the last 6 months or so. My milk was due to be delivered on a Monday morning, but was always delivered on Sunday evening. I didn't really mind. After pausing my order for awhile, I changed the delivery day to Wednesday as I thought this would suit me better. I may not be home on Sunday when the milk was delivered and would end up being outside for a few hours. However, I have not received any milk since, despite paying for it. I emailed and texted the delivery driver on the 5th and 18th January and 2nd February. I still have heard nothing back. I also emailed customer services on the 18th January and no response there either.I have paused my account and will continue to do so until this matter is resolved. I have been charged €15.25 but no milk delivered and no explanation or communication either. I am so disappointed as I had recommended the service to others.Edit: I will email again but to note that I already sent an email to the exact email on the reply below on the 18th January and no response there either.
Don’t trust. It takes orders in app it can’t deliver; and bills you! For example. You order butter before the 9pm cutoff for tomorrow as a once off order. It doesn't arrive. But you will be billed. Milkman says he needs 4 days notice of extra orders despite 9pm evening before in app. Essentially the front end looks great. But the milkman behind it simply cannot fulfill your order. But the invoicing system works really really well!!! Really better to avoid. I wish it worked but unfortunately it doesn’t.I had 3 days of delivery and each day was wrong. Now it doesn’t look easy to cancel and was cut off after 15 mins waiting on hold to cancel.Edit: Got a callback and assured that invoice will be corrected and account will be cancelled.Edit 2: finally done with them. But on the final bill I was overcharged also. Not worth the hassle even though I had emailed and phoned with the correct amount them. A disaster of an outfit. I recommended avoiding
They refuse to stop delivering and you cannot close your account! Best you can do is keep pausing the deliveries for 28 days. I'm disputing all the charges on my card since I asked them to close my account last year!! Very expensive milk as well, 50% more than Tesco or Dunnes
I wish there was an option to give zero stars because this DISGUSTING company deserves NOTHING!!!!!!!! I lodged a complaint before Christmas when two of the milk men aggressively threatened me at my door and smashed off my windows. I heard NOTHING back from ANYONE after this disgusting behaviour despite multiple calls and have heard NOTHING despite being absolutely terrified!!They were banging off the door at half eight and when I didn’t answer (I wasn’t even there!!!!!) instead of leaving they smashed on the door for a further ten minutes and then bounced themselves off my windows until my housemate answered!!! I have two foster children who were TERRIFIED when two aggressive men started bouncing themselves off my windows at half eight at night in the pitch black winter!I was extremely patient but it’s been months now waiting for anything back from them and i am furious.Absolutely disgraceful company, disgraceful customer service and apart from that I was constantly overcharged for cereals I never received ever, and the milk would often be lumpy by the time I’d get it in the morning (they’d drop off about 1am and I’d get it about 8am)
Absolutely terrible customer service...., made numerous calls no response... requested call back no response.... charged for goods not received.,.. no response to emails....don’t sign up you will regret it!!!Hopefully after this review someone will eventually contact me????
