From the beginning the milkman gave us a full weeks order at once (hard to store in the fridge). Constantly made excuses for why he had to do so. Then charged me using his personal revolut asking for €20 each time despite changes to our order. Weird. Refused to issue either a receipt or an invoice despite requesting this multiple times. Customer service has not yet responded to same request.
Don't waste your time, this company is a hoax, I've never come across a company in Ireland with so much advertising on tube and the internet. I can't believe there allowed to do so. They'll waste your time and are complete disaster. Stay well clear.
Your driver in nenagh drove in a blocked up a petrol station fuel pump, wasn't getting fuel just to lazy to park in a space and walk to the shop. Blocked customers from getting fuel, ridiculous and just plain lazy he was driving a fully branded my milkman van I have pictures to back up what I'm saying and dash cam
1. Produce always left out by the gate, out of site for home occupants, even after a friendly request to reposition deliveries. 2. Cannot depend on the deliveries as van is often broken somewhere out on the road 3. Company spams the mailbox even after multiple requests for stopping communication.I advise to stay away from this headache.
OK a few cons first just so you know what you're getting.There's a weekly delivery fee, currently at €1.50, but it started at free then went to .50c and it's what it is.The times (my milkman at least) can be bonkers. Anytime from 1pm the previous day to 2am.The prices are more expensive than the supermarket. By about 10%-20%.So why five stars you say? I guess it's the convenience, and the nostalgia. And I guess when you run out of milk you just pop I to the local corner shop where milk is twice the price of the supermarkets, and you never run out of milk.
A joke of a service from the get go. Dairy products were dropped at 00:20am. We were told that it would be 6am drop off. The products were spoiled and had to be binned. Also the driver decided to drive straight trough my newly set lawn. Scandalous behaviour considering that trucks have been able to turn in the yard and not cause damage. Waste of time trying to get onto anyone, milkman won't answer phone and customer service is none existent.
Signed my father in law up for the service. Missed deliveries and then showing up as delivered on the app so he's been paying for milk that never came. Customer service email that they've been replying to customers with here never replied to us and then said ticket closed. It's a good idea but seems a complete scam. Avoid.
Generally fine. Changed to mymilkan.ie cause we kept missing our actual milk man for the weekly cash payments. Account setup is easy and the options seem endless. However, on many occasions the money wasn't debited but instead 2 payments were taken the following week. No real dealbreaker but still an odd thing to happen in 2025. I have other weekly online payments that don't have this issue.And while it's super-easy to make changes to your order online that doesn't mean you'll actually get what you ordered. Tried to add banana milk to my order 3 times now, never got any. Either got nothing at all or was replaced with chocolate milk. Every e-mail I've sent so them has been ignored so far.
