big scam plz stay away. While buying train ticket this add came up . clicked and robbed. you will not know that by just clicking on something you signed a contract with them and will take the money out from your account each month. Big Big Scam .
Same as everyone else. Accidentally signed up when I bought a ticket on trainline. Never had any intention of using whatever service it is they actually provide but was billed anyways. They make very weak attempts at contacting you and only mention their billing system in the fine print below. Hopefully I can get a refund.
These sort of companies should not be allowed to exist. Nothing but a waste of money. They show you a small discount on something you purchase online and when you accept it you sign up to this subscription. The only way to find out about the subscription is to read the terms and services (which people rarely read) so the user has no clue until they look back through their bank statements and find the money gone. A subscription service like this should only be able to take money from you if you use it once per month in my opinion.
